Finestra Technologies ("Finestra," "we," "us," or "our") operates the FinestraMeasure mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application.
Personal Information: When you log in using a sharing key and password provided by your Finestra administrator, we collect your name, contact email, and company affiliation as registered by your administrator. Passwords are stored as encrypted hashes.
Measurement Data: Window and door measurement dimensions (width, height, quantity), product type selections, client name and job site address associated with each submission, and submission timestamps.
Device Information: Bluetooth device connection status for Leica Disto laser measure integration and locally cached data for offline functionality. We do not collect device identifiers, location data, browsing history, analytics, or advertising data.
We use your information exclusively to: authenticate your access; transmit measurement data to your company's Finestra system for quote generation and order processing; display your submission history and generated quotes; and enable offline data caching.
Your measurement data is transmitted only to your company's Finestra system. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other unrelated purpose. We do not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
Your data is stored on secure Supabase cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using secure preferences storage.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time using the "Delete My Data" option in the app or by contacting your Finestra administrator. Upon request, data will be removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
FinestraMeasure requests Bluetooth access solely to communicate with compatible laser measuring devices (such as the Leica Disto D1). Bluetooth is used only when you explicitly initiate a connection. No data from other Bluetooth devices is accessed.
FinestraMeasure is a professional tool for authorized sales representatives and technicians. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise these rights, use the "Delete My Data" feature in the app or contact us below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
